My work and experiences have bestowed me with a wealth of knowledge and best practices in communications, strategic planning, leadership development,
productive partnerships, capacity building, and creating inclusive environments.
I enjoy helping others develop a greater capacity for intercultural and intergenerational understanding as they advance in their studies and career.
I have spent over 25 years addressing inequities in health care access, health care delivery both domestically and internationally and STEM education. Five of these years were spent supporting medical and pre-med students attain success at the next level of studies.
With a decade of experience leading these inclusive and high performing teams, I take every opportunity to deepen my learning and understanding on current social issues and the latest in literature and discussion.
I hold a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Washington, Seattle, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from Howard University, Washington, DC.
My areas of expertise include:
I have lived extensively overseas, serving as a Peace Corps volunteer in West Africa and living in southern France. I love nothing more than to help others make the dream of living abroad a reality. Whether looking for a new home country or a long term respite, I may be able to assist in your relocation planning.
